Gus “Happy” Broussard

With deepest sympathy this department has lost one of its long time fire-fighters and secretary, Gus “Happy” Broussard, Age 76, died 12/31/2005 at his home. He was still active with the fire district and was also the secretary for the district. With 53 years of service he was also a retired banker (City Bank and Trust) and a loving husband. He will forever be in the memory of this department and the community.
