Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District # 9 responds to this fire located at 123 LeBrum Street in Campti at about 8 am on Tuesday February 8, 2010. Firefighters arrived to find the home of James “Pete" and Lona Frazier with fire in the kitchen area that had spread into the attic area. Fire District # 9 called for mutial aid assistance from Natchitoches Fire Protection District # 6 to help control this fire. The fire was extinguished with heavy fire, smoke and water damage to the residence.
