Structure Fire-April 23, 2009

Natchitoches Fire District 9 was called to respond to a structure fire at approximately 8pm on April 23, 2009 at 108 Front Street in Campti. Fire Units were able to quickly locate the source of the fire and extinguish the blaze, then ventilate the structure. The structure received fire smoke and water damage. The fire appeared to have started in a bedroom area by a small child playing with match’s. Responding was units from Campti, Fairview Alpha, and Black Lake.
