Tractor Crash-LA 480 W-August 2008

Fire District 9 was dispatched to a Tractor vs. Train collision located on LA 480 West of Campti. Units responded and assisted NRMC-EMS and also assisted with setting up a landing zone for Life Air Rescue. Responding to the scene was Natchitoches Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police, Natchitoches Parish EMS Trauma 1 and Trauma 4, Life Air Rescue and KCS Personnel.
